This project was a photo retouch. I took a photo from the Internet of a young/ middled aged woman who had dark spot and blotchy skin. I then took that photo & touched it up on photoshop. I used the smudge tool, blur tool. dodge tool, sharpen tool & history art brush. For the smudge tool I did careful and accurate strokes across her whole face & hen went over it to brighten her skin tone with he dodge tool, but I set the opacity at 18%. I then used the blur tool to lessen any un-realistic features across her face. After applying the blur tool I took the sharpen tool and ran it over her eye balls and eyebrows. I then used the dodge tool again to brighten her teeth and her eyes. The last tool I used was the history art brush tool & I used that to dark her eye liner. I am satisfied with  my project & if I could do another like this I would use different tools to ouch him/her up.

This project was photo retouch. I took a picture of an old woman who had many wrinkles & I used the smudge and dodge tool. I used the smudge tool on her face and neck, but when using the smudge tool you can't just do careless free stroke you must size the brush right and do accurate and slow strokes or your final results could look very un-realistic. I then used the dodge tool to brighten her hair and skin tone. What inspired me to do this project is I hate when you take a picture and there could be just one little thing you dislike or one big thing you dislike & instead of retaking the whole picture you can use the tools in photoshop to touch it up. IF I could redo this project I would touch up her neck a tad more.

This project is called portrait touch ups. I took a photo of Chandler Morgan with no makeup & used multiple tools on photoshop to enhance her appearance. I used mostly the burn, dodge, color replacement, blur & sharpen tool. I used the  dodge and blur tool on photo #2 & I applied the tool to even out her skin tone. On photo 3 I used the color replacement tool for her eyeshadow and eyeliner. On photo 4 I used the burn and dodge tool again. I used the burn tool for her upper eyelids to make them a tad darker and the dodge tool to whiten her teeth. I worked on this project wit Tawana Shelton, but she did a more bold look.

Background eraser tool

This project I had to use the background eraser tool & show how it works. The first picture just shows what I am doing and how the background originally was. The second photo was the finished product, but if you do not take the time and patience with it your photo/project can turn out ver sloppy so always take your time with this tool.

The boat and Moon

For this project you chose a picture by an artist and in your own way using photoshop you had to make for own version of it.
